Bylaws are society rules, that have been agreed upon in the Annual General Meeting. The bylaws detail the statutory rules, which are far more difficult to change. Each change to the statutory rules need to pass through the notary. Bylaws can be changed through the AGM, provided changes have been proposed and discussed thoroughly before they are presented to the AGM. The bylaws can be found here.
